What do you Need?
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
How To Make It

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar.
Stir in flour.
- Add cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, until a soft dough forms. Press into an ungreased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar,
eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in
the coconut and nuts. Spread over crust.
- Bake for 25-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
